After Donald Trump was elected president despite losing the popular vote by almost 3\,000\,000 votes\, our country has been going through unprecedented political turmoil. While it is unlikely that Democrats will take back the House of Representatives or gain seats in the United States Senate\, many seats are in play.  Here in Illinois\, we will be electing a new state government.  Traditional political thinking is that Gov. Bruce Rauner is perhaps the most endangered Republican incumbent governor in the nation.  This fascinating multimedia presentation will highlight the major races and trends and tell you what to watch for as the votes come in.  \n Please Note: this class is offered to the  Northshore Senior Center and registration is required.   Registration  can be done at the door or feel free to use the information below to get more information or preregister.
