The destruction of Hiroshima and Nagasaki ended the war – but ushered in a vastly more dangerous era. \nWe will look at the most popular movies\, top radio shows and chart leading songs of 1945. As we look back\, we’ll discover what famous people were born and which died during the year\, learn about what everyday consumer items cost and look back at the amazing\, ultimately heartbreaking World Series run of the Chicago Cubs! It would prove to be their last world series appearance until 2016! \nThe America of 75 years ago was very different than the America of 2020.
