SUMMARY:North Shore Film Society
DESCRIPTION:Our monthly meeting will discuss the new movie Steve Jobs written by Aaron Sorkin. To learn more about a fascinating aspect of Steve Jobs life that is not mentioned in the film\, click here. While the film is accurate in its depictions of facts in Steve Jobs’ life\, it does not attempt to encompass his entire personality nor his successes. We will discuss the film from beginning to end\, looking at the challenges of assessing what was portrayed and what was NOT portrayed. \nOur second half will be an in-depth look at the Billy Wilder classic\, “The Apartment.” Rightly regarded as one of the greatest of all American movies\, it continues to amuse and move audiences more than 50 years after its release. It also marks the end of the greatest phase of movie making by the fabulous Billy Wilder. \n  \nPLEASE NOTE: THIS EVENT IS OPEN ONLY TO REGISTERED MEMBERS OF THE NORTH SHORE FILM GROUP.
