DESCRIPTION: Each year\, this Cultural Historian (and self-described Broadway nerd) offers a dynamic program looking at some of the best Broadway musicals that will be playing in the Chicagoland area this year!   \nEvery year brings a new crop of delights to Broadway lovers living in the Chicago area! This year’s multimedia presentation will emphasize some of my favorite shows at Broadway In Chicago\, Drury Lane\, Marriott Lincolnshire and more during the 2019 theater season. \n Highlighted musicals will include the uplifting\, unique and very beautiful “Come From Away\,” and the powerful “Dear Evan Hansen\,” which are both playing through Broadway in Chicago. \nWe will also take a look at a personal favorite\,  “Something Rotten\,” a hilarious comedy (pictured above) that will be featured at Marriott.
