DESCRIPTION:After President John F. Kennedy’s assassination\, Congress sent a complicated but important constitutional amendment to the states. Constitutional amendment. The 25th amendment clarified the order of succession to the presidency under several scenarios unseen by the Constitution. It also addressed situations in which the USA had no Vice-President and clarified how the disability of a President should be handled in a way that would avert a Constitutional crisis. \nIn the waning days of the Presidency of Donald Trump\, Congress\, many historians\, doctors\, and media members many historians\, doctors\, and media members thought it would have been appropriate for then VP Mike Pence to work with the Cabinet to remove Donald Trump from office. \nIn this fascinating multimedia presentation\, we will look at the history of the 25th amendment we will look at the history of the 25th amendment\, the scenarios that it envisioned\, the scenarios that it envisioned and how it has already been invoked\, and how presidents have already invoked it by presidents George H.
