DESCRIPTION:After President John F. Kennedy’s assassination\, Congress sent a complicated but important constitutional amendment to the states. Constitutional Amendment. The 25th Amendment clarified the order of succession to the presidency under several scenarios unseen by the Constitution. It also addressed situations in which the USA had no Vice-President.
