The results of the 1932 presidential election led to a fundamental realignment of the political parties and a change in the way the government interacted with individual citizens. \nThis presentation offers a deep dive into the changing politics of the 20th century. We will see how conservative Republican backlash against the progressivism of GOP President Theodore Roosevelt and the reform-minded policies of the Democrat Woodrow Wilson swept into power three Republican presidents. \nThe laissez-faire financial plans and anti-immigration policies of Presidents Warren Harding\, Calvin Coolidge\, and Herbert Hoover led to a massive economic boom known as the Roaring 20s. And then they also lead to the great depression.
