The Integration Of Central High School – Little Rock, 1957
In this dramatic, insightful, and continuously surprising multimedia presentation, Presidential and Congressional award-winning civil rights historian Barry Bradford will present not only the dramatic events of 1957 but give us great insights into the personalities, context, and community that surrounded the confrontation. Terrorism and patriotism; courage and cowardice; presidential leadership and white supremacists all come into conflict as America had to decide whether or not we truly meant the words written in our Declaration of Independence: “We hold these truths to be self evident that all men are created equal.”
