My popular ‘Time Capsule’ series lands in the fascinating year of 1973! We will look at the people, events, music, movies, and inventions that dominated the news 50 years ago.
We will look at the stories of some of the famous people who were born and those who died, examine the most impactful news stories, and consumer prices from that amazing year of 1973.
. Remember Billie Jean King beating Bobby Riggs in the tennis ‘Battle Of The Sexes,’ Richard Nixon and the Saturday Night Massacre, ‘Killing Me Softly,’ and Archie Bunker in ‘All In The Family?’
These are among the many fascinating memories I will share as we take a multimedia dive into 1973: America Fifty Years Ago.”
