Italy holds something special for everyone. The American fascination with Italy extends to the movies. There have been many great American movies set against the backdrop of the amazing physical beauty of Italy. Filmmakers from William Wyler to Woody Allen and stars from Gregory Peck to Matt Damon have made classic films set in this most beautiful country.
