Grace Kelly – American Royalty

Grace Kelly had a very short, luminous and wonderful career as a movie star. In her 11 films, she starred alngside some of the most famous leading men of her time, including Gary Cooper, (High Noon) WIlliam Holden, (The Country Girl, for which she won the Oscar) Cary Grant (To Catch a Thief) Jimmy Stewart (Rear Window) Clark Gable,, (Mogambo) and Frank Sinatra (High Scoiety). Her work on screen speaks for itself. Behind the scenes, her love life was tumultuous. She had affairs with Gable, Cooper, Crosby, Holden and others – to the point where the studio had to quash “homewrecker” stories.

To the public, Grace Kelly was referred to as “Hollywood Royalty. She had the carriage, poise and looks of a  princess/ And then, perhaps ordianed by fate, the glamorous movie queen became a real life princess!
