Harriet Tubman and Rosa ParksHarriet Tubman and Rosa Parks are two of the greatest heroes in American history. Each of these courageous women risked her life for the betterment of others. Neither achieved wealth, and both knew great sorrow before becoming historical icons.

 

 Mrs. Tubman is best known for risking her life on numerous missions deep behind enemy lines to rescue people suffering under the unspeakable cruelty of slavery. She was also an army spy, nurse, cook, and the first woman in American military history to lead Army troops into battle

 

America remembers Mrs. Parks for the courageous moment in which her act of humane refusal ROsa Parks Busto submit to the segregation system’s unspeakable cruelty help to spark a revolution for the betterment of all of America.
