We have a tendency to think of the “classic era” or “golden age” of movies and movie stars to be in the past. But I believe that Meryl Streep’s career has equalled, if not surpassed, that of any of the greatest movie actresses! Happily, at 70, Meryl Streep is showing no signs of slowing down, with a number of important movies coming out in the next few years.
Using numerous film clips (of course!) fascinating anecdotes and intriguing insights, we will explore her personal history and highlight some of her greatest roles. You won’t want to miss this great new presentation.
