Steve McQueen was determined to live life on his own terms. And did he ever! He generally played rebellious, charismatic, idiosyncratic anti-heroes. It wasn’t just acting – that’s how Steve McQueen was in real life!

Steve McQueen was a complex man who made some unforgettable movies in the 1960s and 70s.

We will look at some of his extraordinary films, including “The Great Escape,” “Bullitt,” “The Magnificent Seven,” and “The Towering Inferno” to understand his iconic acting style better. We will also learn about McQueen’s passions and his feuds. His story is as idiosyncratic as the man himself: Steve McQueen – The King of Cool.

This presentation will be live on Zoom.
