Some movie teams seem inevitable and natural.  But some films boast unexpected movie teams. Did you know that Sidney Poitier and Dan Aykroyd co-starred in a movie Or that Gracie Allen co-starred with Fred Astaire? Sometimes unexpected movie teams make for a classic movie. That is the topic for this  presentation in a four week series on classic films – is it any wonder why I love public speaking?

In this unique series of four presentations we will look at instances where movie stars with very different styles are paired together in combinations that are unique. We will see how unexpected movie teams can create classic cinema. Whether it is the always manic Danny Kaye costarring with the always cool Gene Tierney or Bob Hope – who overplays everything – costarring with Roy Rogers – who underplays everything, these movies can offer special delights!
