Key factors.

•President Trump has had control of the Senate. Holding that control is crucial to his second term, if he is reelected.

•If the Democrats win the Senate and hold the House, even in a Trump re-election, his agenda will come to a halt.

•If Biden wins, control of the Senate is crucial for the same reasons.
