Different Loves By Alessandro Ghebreigziabiher is a fascinating anthology of four short stories about love. The author, an acclaimed Italian writer, storyteller, and actor, honored me by requesting that I write the preface to the book. He asked me because of my work assisting the great journalist Jerry Mitchell in getting the Mississippi Burning murder case reopened.
You may wonder about the connection between the reopening of a 40-year-old cold case from the American South and a series of stories about love by an award-winning Italian author. What makes “Different Loves” so unique is the author’s choice of stories. None are traditional love stories; yet each is a story of love of a deep and profound nature.
